Dr. Monica Dennis is originally from Saratoga, New York. There she participated in high school and competitive cheerleading until she moved to New Jersey to attend Monmouth University. During her time at Monmouth University, she was a member of the Division I cheerleading team, became a staff member for the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA), and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Molecular Cell Physiology.
As a young cheerleader, she experienced low back pain and other musculoskeletal complaints which led her to see a chiropractor. Because of her positive outcomes with conservative care, she was set on entering the profession to help others with similar ailments. She then attended Logan University College of Chiropractic to obtain her doctorate degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude in December 2020.
Dr. Monica strives to provide movement-based musculoskeletal care. She accomplishes this through a blend of adjusting techniques, soft tissue therapy, and corrective exercise progressions to help each individual reach their own performance driven goals.
In her free time, Dr. Monica enjoys living an active lifestyle. She enjoys long walks, running, group fitness boxing, and functional training at the gym. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and enjoys cooking and trying healthy new recipes.
