Josh Wilson is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT), Registered Yoga Teacher (200RYT), Integrative Massage and Personal Trainer, and is a certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as being a certified hard-style Kettlebell instructor.
Josh’s goal is to help people feel better, move better, and perform better. With a simple but demanding approach, Josh uses bodywork, movement training, and education to enhance clients’ mind-body connection through dedication and discipline. Through stability, strength, and physical maintenance of the body, Josh gives clients the tools to make a change, recover fast, and remain pain free.
